Geopier X1 - McEwen Project - Cool Springs, TN

Geopier was working with a local developer to support two multi-story parking garages that are structurally connected to mixed-use residential and retail buildings that wrap around the parking garages that extend one level below-grade. Between the heavy loads, the variable fill soils, and the variable depth to bedrock, finding the right foundation solution for this project was going to be a challenge. Approximately, 2,000 RAP elements are being installed in 3 weeks, and shaved over a quarter of the cost.
